Resignation of the Director of the U.S. responsible for the face of cyber attacks
Resigned as head of the U.S. that help in the face of Internet attacks suddenly after several impressive attacks on computer systems but the government and the Department of Homeland Security declined to comment Monday on why.
Said Roberta Stimflaa, Acting Assistant Secretary for the security of Internet communications and Department of Homeland Security in an email to some of the staff: The Randy Vickers resigned from his post as director of the Emergency Preparedness Team to U.S. computer systems on Friday.
Did not disclose the letter obtained by «Reuters», a copy of the reason for the resignation, and the only official in the Department of Homeland Security said, «We do not comment on personal matters».
Vickers's resignation came after several high-profile attacks carried out by infiltrators on the website of the Ministry of Defense (Alپntagon) and sites of the American CIA and the U.S. Senate.
